When a "heel turn" is justified you're not creating heels, you're creating anti-heroes.

I dunno what it is, maybe fans have been conditioned to expect every storyline to conclude with a heel turn. It's out of control and isn't always needed
but crowds will try and force creative's hand.

At the end of the day though, Jordan's being used as a plot device to get to HHH vs Angle at WrestleMania.
