Cause gun laws have kinda fukked with the ability to own guns, which makes things doubly hard for blacks. Not to mention, the culture of some of the neighborhoods that need the guns can possibly make it a powderkeg for misunderstandings.
I'm not saying all blacks are passive, I'm saying why do some black folks expect blacks to act like animals that attack us ? Not to mention we are minorities with scattered populations and loose alliances. The shyt clay is talking about is a recipe for killing a couple people, only to have tons more of ours die.
If people want to bumrush a station and kill random folks as some retroactive "justice" go for it, but don't expect a ton of support.

Some dont want to because they arent built for that. Some like their lives. Some are laZy. This and that, that and this. The point is, there are many ways to skin a cat, and most people would prefer all options short of violence.
Wagging the finger and shaming blacks for inaction(of the violent kind) cannot be done by someone who isnt doing it themselves. The moment we make that kind of decision is the day we decide our life can end at any time, so im ok with gong out like this.
