I'm black and lived in a all black community all my life in a high crime city. Went to the worst school in New Orleans that they had real police guarding instead of school security because too many guns was in there, dudes had Glocks in they bags in class and k's in they trunk and moving H at age 15. so I know what life they bout . But this killing shyt have eventually stop.

That's not good my guy. I see exactly where you are coming from. But let's compare with the drug epidemic again. Crack was poor black people. Crash, tanks in the streets, battering rams. Meth and this new heroin trend are poor white. Now there's being research into why, police post it to show the dangers instead of making the user look like monsters the way they did us. shyt, you even have kill your local heroin dealer going around which the local communities have indirectly endorsed.
We gotta fix our problem, but why is it that our casualties don't matter and theirs are always taken into consideration?

it might not be the highest rate, but its the biggest city on the list and the place where the most actual murders are taking place
now you can debate whether or not trump should be doing this at all, because until i hear what his methods are specifically, i cant support it. but assuming he is going to make that move, why the fukk wouldnt he go to chicago first off of that list? the goal (at least stated, which again is a debate) is to prevent the most death
