it just depends on how it plays out, the feds should come in to review the police, and more money should be provided infrastructure and business loans in the high crime areas and the public school system should be destroyed and replaced with charters and vouchers

In my opinion, the real discussion shouldn't be about what other options we come up with here, but what other options are being presented both in the city of Chicago and the State of Illinois. Then we should also focus on whether the Trump team actually has a plan in place other than just bully tweeting "Send the Feds" as though that's actually a real plan.

1. Stop locking people up for decades over weed charges
2. Make for profit prisons illegal
3. Use the money saved from mass incarceration towards public schools, discontinue charter schools
4. Make sure everyone in the city has access to medications/treatment they need, raise taxes on top 10% if necessary (Reagan did this tax increase)
