It won't be easy because y'all have property and custody issues.

We are getting to that point. I been holding down the house by myself for over a year and getting my daughter at least 3 nights a week so I'm good on those. It's just mad expensive to take it to court

Joint custody won't be a issue judges want both parents involved becomes a issue if they fight over who should be custodial parent tho cuz that person receives child support
Usually if the parent that has the kids first after separating they like too keep with them unless they see them dangerous and unfit to be primary one to raise them

Property wise if the other parent can't afford the place they won't give it too them in some rare cases I've seen it happen but it's cuz of some fukked up shyt the other person does the judge does that

As long as he see the kid/s won't be a issue but if she one of those it's vital to get a judge to put in writing on visitation days if she fails to comply conquences can happen to that parent
Cuz cops can't get involved but write a report but if it says ex: they have the right to get the child if she isn't abiding my the visitation rules it can help a lot in his favor let alone if he had a witness seeing this he could easily take it to domestic relations and they quick to get ur ass in court and get u in trouble
