It is actually is fam. It's the same company. The OG founders Scott Patterson, Jeff Thomas, and Greg Thomas still in charge since the beginning. Now if you mean the OG programmers then most probably have changed. But VC is 2K fam and the main guys in the company from the beginning haven't changed.

Tim Walter was the lead engineer of NFL 2K and is Director of Technology for them now.

Maybe one day they'll re-enter the football genre for the NFL, but I wouldn't mind an AAF game

Not necessarily.. If that player is a rookie he can be talented but prone to mistakes.
Or a player that wasn't put into position to shine.. Rg3 comes to mind. He was a 99 imo his rookie season. But I can see them ranking him as just another nigruh.. 65 it is
A few future star players go undrafted before becoming beast, they would qualify as well

you dudes are easily impressed. We turn 60 over all players into 90s all the time. This the type of dumb ass comments you see in threads like this.

Like wtf in madden you can pick whatever attributes you wanna progress, and you get training camps weekly in which you choose to put focus on certain players and it gives XP based on how you complete said training camps, and each game you get xp for how well the player plays. You get xp by seasons end for completing season goals and for awards.
