I watched it around 12:30am, it was pretty good but I want to watch it again uncensored. I liked the interviews and he did capture different people's style. I liked how he had each emcee spit rhyme. Hip Hop has come a long way. He didn't feature a lot of current emcees as much as he featured Legends which I liked. KanYe's ripped the hell out of his verse even Ethered the South Park guys. Em verse was dope but he was a little hyper in the interview, lol. NaS was chill as hell. KRS was wild in the record store. Overall A+ for Ice T for doing this. With that said, these are the two GOAT Rap documentaries ironically I think Ice T was in both also:

i don't think Ice-T is in The Show is he? as dope as it is it's basically a Def Jam showpiece with a few exceptions but they have Def Jam ties anyway

Why Jay-Z wasn't in that documentary?...This n!gga Jay-Z always think hes a GOD or too good for them.

I was thinking the same shyt too..but u know Hov..if it ain't about money...u ain't saying nothing to him...

The film was REALLY well done...any real hip-hop needs to have that movie in their collection for inspiration..

Seeing Ye spit his Gorgeous verses was :gladbron:....dude puts ALOT of emotion when he performs his freestyles live...but when he is in the studio its more laid back...

Mos Def's freestyle was :win:

and Em's verse was...oh i don't have to say it...u know y'all nikkas liked it..:troll:

Then hearing Ice Cube call Em one of the greatest of all time.. I just felt like giving the Coli that good old :youngsabo:

Kool Moe Dee's rap was nice too. Just finished watching the whole thing, thought it was worth watching, liked Snoop's words at the end also.
