If she just wanted to be healthy, cool. But if your whole identity is built around you shaking your ass, then expect growing pains when you no longer decide to shake your ass or at worst, lose it.
I think she knows what she is doing. If its just a crash diet then the weight should come back once she starts eating better/cleaner…and it will be a good weight to put on.
If this is Ozempic or drugs, then there may not be any coming back.
