I knew this from studying the exits but I didn't know how it broke down by state. People seem to think that 90-whatever percent of blacks voting Democrat is 90-whatever percent of the black population voting. Only a small percentage of the black population is actually voting.

Why do I say all this? This is a fact. Its at it's highest for Presidential races and substantially lower for all other races for seats nationally and locally. Not to mention just like every other race, most black people are not paying attention to politics to any meaningful degree and get what they get from word of mouth and social media.
