For you "what did Cube do wrong" dudes, you must not understand how White Supremacists operate.
Tucker Carlson is a smart man. What white supremacists do is use gullible black people to further their own white supremacist message while using the comments of that black person to sow division among black people. "See it ain't just me. One of your beloved negros think the same thing".
It is fine that Cube has an issue with BLM Leadership. The problem is Tucker Carlson and white wing media has been attacking BLM since 2014 and has used BLM to demonize all black people and delegitimize our beliefs and fight for equality and justice. So Tucker was more than happy to use Ice Cube's thoughts to further white wing's own attack on BLM in order to continue to attack and criminalize the entire movement. Not just the select few who are suspect.
It is fine that Ice Cube did not want to get the vaccine. I actually respect that he said he never told people to not get the vaccine, and that he didn't want his own decision out there in the public. The problem is that Tucker has been pushing the anti-vax stance for a couple years now. In fact you can argue he is directly responsible for the death of thousands of MAGA trash who wouldn't get the vaccine because of the misinformation he continuously put out there for a long time. When Tucker asked Cube if someone got hurt because of the vaccine and Cube said yes, that played into Tucker's hands because what he's been doing for years is highlighting the people who had medical complications from the vaccine in order to spread fear about the vaccine even though the science shows that it's saved millions of lives and proportionally the number of people who had bad effects to the vaccine is small compared to the good it's done for people. Considering black people were devasted by covid and there is already enough anti-vax beliefs among black people, this played right into the white supremacist hands of sowing division among black people regarding the vaccine.
Cube's thoughts on the NBA having racial justice stances, yet not supporting the Big 3 is fine. However, Tucker and white wing media has been shytting on the NBA for years for being "too woke" due to the shirts they wear, paint on the court, and comments Lebron and other players made. They praised one of them white boys who wouldn't wear a black lives matter shirt and stood for the national anthem when the rest of the team didn't in 2020. So for Tucker, Cube's comments allow him to attack the credibility of their racial justice stance which is detrimental to the NBA and it's players. Tucker got a little happy when he was able to say "So it sounds like its all a scam". That's where the white supremacist division sowing comes into place.
Tucker walked away from this interview smiling from ear to ear. He got what he wanted.
Rule 1: Keep your beliefs in house among black people. Don't let yourself be used as a pawn for a white supremacist.
