The thing is it wasn't the correct call... simultaneous possession requires them to catch the ball, yanno, simultaneously.
they did though....Tate had one hand on it while Jennings had two. There's no rule that awards the defender bc he has two hands on it...it still gets awarded to the offense.
Tate never had posession and Jennings was down by contact with two hands

You and like 2 others on here are the only ones who said Tate had possession. You guys need an eye exam...
the ball never touched the ground and Tate had one hand on it...its techically a catch apparently. two hands from the defender does not equal more of a catch than one from the offensive player. It still gets awarded to the offense.
it was pretty much the last thing they needed to happen, as im sure even the real refs could have screwed that up. Remember Phil Luckett?

breh, the rule is a catch SIMULTANEOUSLY...Jennings CAUGHT the ball first and brought it to his chest and then Tate put one hand on the ball and then try to wrestle for it...He never had possession at all...How can you not understand that?
