u just dump all the tobacco out the black...the trick is gettin the tobacco out from the plastic tip...once its completely empty tha paper will slide right out...sometimes i was able to blow it out thru the plastic...

from there refill the black and tap it on something hard so it'll pack back down and it'll smoke like its fresh out tha plastic
