We deal with steel sheets and shyt, and mayne that shyt is heavy. I like it though, it'll help get back in shape. I must say though, I never was a lifter, just straight cardio and calisthenics; my fingers were hurting after carrying that shyt. Any tips on how to make that less of an issue (I know I doing more will gradually increase my finger strength)?
