I want to get back into console gaming. Last console I owned was a PS2

I like Mario games, but I'm not sure I want to purchase a Switch just for them.

switch graphics leave alot to be desired but game play is good. i use mostly for trips or casual gaming. waiting for ps5 before i get games i really commit to. not sure about ps5 games

Apart from a Nintendo Switch at this juncture, tis best to buy or build a PC.

grab a ps4 for 180 with 3 games off gamestop

backward compatibility will do you wonders

if you want to play mario, get the switch. The games are all a firm 60$ but once you have a catalog of games... its amazing.

Switch gets alot of burn from me, when I'm out... watching NBA games, on the TV normally, or handheld in bed.
If you arent committed to spending a decent amount of money, the switch will ruin you. You will need to buy a Mini SD card for the games
and they hardly have sales on the great games. Also if you go this route, you will miss out on the incredible experience youve been missing since ps2 graphic wise. It would be smart to wait for the new consoles but remember. You'll be paying alot for all the switch games get zelda to hold you over

If the ps5 has backwards compatibility for every ps console you'd best wait for that, you basically have an endless library
