I decided that I'm sick of New York City. I've lived here all my life and I need a change. Housing prices are ridiculous, its overcrowded, and crime is creeping back up again. I went to Arizona this past May and although I'm not interested in living there, the houses are I want to live somewhere where my money would go far. I'm looking into the following areas thus far:

DMV
Georgia (Fulton county, Cobb county, etc.)
Texas (Dallas/Houston, etc.)

Any recommendations? I need help
