which ones? where?
@ADK u gotta first set up a goal. im assuming its WWE/TNA/Japan?
work on your promos/mic skills. being a top notch talker would probably be the difference between u and someone else. do some writing to find yourself within a script..public speaking classes...improv..spoken word...even volunteering at a youth center randomly to talk to kids could help. get real comfortable speaking in front of people, to the point where u barely even realize they are there but can still maintain a sense of awareness of the overall mood of the crowd and how to best connect with them
as others said..cardio like crazy..not just aerobic but anaerobic as well. you gotta be able to move at a fast pace for a short amount of time then pick it back up again as needed...being able to run at one speed for 10 miles is great but you could still get gassed if youre not used to the start and stop
come up with good chain work and transitions from one move of yours to another and also countering out of your opponents move into yours.
learn how to sell with emotion/facial expressions, not just be able to take good bumps
find a good balance between your physique and move-set. its all gotta look and make sense.
other than that i wouldnt even worry too much about gimmicks and looks and shyt. a good amount of the guys who made it to the top made it off charisma, ring work and promo skills. most of them looked extra bland when on the come-up. chances are any big promotion is going to want to change whatever gimmick u came up with anyway. just lay down the fundamentals that can make anything look good and the only direction after that is up
best of luck to u
