the spectacle of GOT is the greatest thing TV ever saw.

the wire is a beautifully written show but GOT has the overal package which has translated to its tremendous popularity,.

i love the wire and think seasons 1-4 are prolly all top 10 seasons ever in television (atleast 1 and 4 are), but GOT is good on all levels to me. great actors, great spectacle, action, adventure, supernatural, science fiction, medieval times... id put it all time over the wire too for that reason.

only the sopranos can top it due it its overall detailed, incredibly engaging characters.
