Breh I'm a realist, a pragmatist, and can be direct but if I have all information necessary, I'm never trying to be an a$$hole. Everytime I read posters in your circumstance (you're not alone) I kinda wish y'all were people I knew irl cause I would help. I know no one is entitled to anything, but it ain't right to walk around scared of talking to people, but I know these things can stem from trauma, or start out small and grow over time untreated.

My father was abusive to me and I haven’t spoken to him in 4 years. I didn’t have anyone to help me in regards to attracting women at all. My older cousin do very well with girls but he barely want’s to help me.
I'm sorry you went through that breh, I don't know if you can find a mentor/life coach locally. But I truly believe that being done after getting some therapy would be the quickest way for you to get to a better place in your life. Feel free to hit the PMs and be blessed breh. Society is trending towards shyt so don't let it's simplistic ass goals/standards cloud the way you view yourself.

All of my friends are in relationships and I have no family members who can help me except for my cousin but we are somewhat distant.
My father was a Nigerian pastor who thought talking to women without the intention to marry was the work of the Devil. That Christian programming screwed me up personally
