I love how SO MANY people in this thread think they're being so incisive or witty by commenting about how I must be JUST NOW figuring this out about the coli or the internet in general.

That's not the point. I didn't make this thread to be first to notice the degeneration of this forum.

I made this thread to draw attention (again) to how much some people on this board revel in venting frustration about how other people are living their lives and not focusing on their own joy.

I don't mean to attack YOU personally with this reply. But I was really hoping I didn't have to make this clear....6 fukkin pages into the thread.

On a seemingly constant basis, people are whining and bashing others.

Is someone dating outside of their race? They must be a race traitor.
Is some minority getting a helping hand? Screw them. What about XYZ people?
Did some random person you will never meet have a dumb relationship opinion on Twitter? Let's have a 10 page thread bashing them and assume all other men/women think like them.

This may come across as hyperbolic or strange, but you're going to die.
Haven't you looked around this forum and realized how many people are spending time whining about what other people do instead of focusing on their own happiness?

Who gives a shyt if someone is PAWGing?
Young kids aren't cold approaching women on the street? What does this have to do with you?
Someone doesn't want to date a fat person or poor person? Someone demanding you take them on $200 dates? Fine. You don't have to be with them.

I don't mean to suggest everyone retreat into their own shells and screw the world.
There's value in collective thought and being concerned with others -- but only to a point and mostly in the sense of "a rising tide lifts all boats".

But that aside, focus on yourself and your own happiness. A lot of you spend way too much time on bullshyt, and you try to gloss over this by saying it's just fun and games on the internet. You don't take this place seriously. But your comments, on some level, are a reflection of your real thoughts and opinions. And if you just read the thread titles on the first couple of pages of TLR....it's a shyt show.
