They did an interview with Q on vice and I'm going to have to agree with him on the fact that he doesn't "exploit" shyt. This shyt has been going on for decades inside the black community and now with the availability of camera phones, it's no longer candid. The content is geared towards a specific group of people and we're eating it up. I go on there for entertainment and the fukkery. Some people feel like this site gives us a bad image or something. First of all just because a lot of Black people are a certain way don't mean we all are a certain way(This is something I shouldn't have to explain to Black people) So the next time any of you want to go on some self loathing rant you should choose your words more carefully.

Secondly, for those of you who are insinuating or insisting that Blacks are the only ones who enjoy "ratchet" entertainment should look up ***** and reddit. Some of the content on both of these sites exceed "ratchet" There are plenty of websites that show and praise Black Excellence.... that praise Human Excellence period. But often times a disaster is more entertaining to look at for a lot of people.


You also must not forget that the impoverished are more likely to participate in "ratchet" behavior. Black Americans are disproportionately poor for reasons someone with even a remedial understanding of Western history would know.

I honestly believe that you nihilistic naysayers are a bigger threat to Black success than than the "Sharkeishas" of the world. You promote self loathing and apathy within Black people. And you re-affirm ignorant beliefs in others.


Basically my point is this. Judge people based on their personal character. And If you must judge on someone's appearance don't choose something like race.

You can't be worried about the race or what people think of us. If you want to reverse stereotypes, it starts with your own life. Build a fukking family! A big happy fukking family. Have money stored away so that when your kids graduate high school, they'll be able to have college paid for. Go to church with your family. Go skydiving! Go on a cruise with your wife! Trust me, I took sociology, I know all about how the system works. Your right but you have to understand that their is ratchetness in all communities.
