35 is not young in boxing years. He has a lot of boxing mileage. Even before the KO. He took a lot of damage. He took damage vs Cotto, Margarito, all the Marquez fights. He's been in some wars. 35 isn't young in any year. These guys are FAR off from their primes. He and Floyd have both clearly declined.
Neither have declined I think it's more of a being bored, they both Waltz and half ass to even the playing fields these days it's their way of challenging themselves, from what I analyze, with Floyd people were saying thats was Floyds best performance vs Canelo, now vs Chino he told everyone how he would fight toe to toe, now he's washed up. Now with Manny it appears he barely trains these days just off of the eye test, but he's still show flashes and is breaking ankles, they just need a competitive fight to get them up at this point, exactly why I dont lke Algeiri also......

They have both CLEARLY declined. I seen Floyd getting hit in the middle of the ring from Jabs, jabs that he would have never gotten hit with 5 years ago. They have both clearly declined. I don't even know how that's debatable.
I'm not saying he's washed up. Because he's still the best fighter in the sport. But he's certainly not the same fighter he was 5 years ago
Agree with you about the passion.
Disagree with him being young tho. November will be his 64th fight. That's a lot of scrapping. Not to mention that there was a period where a some of those fights were flat out wars with Morales, Marquez, and Barrera.
at a 35 year old cat with 64 professional fights that has fought from flyweight to light middle with wars in between being young in boxing years....absolute foolishness 
I said this too. I believe Maidana would KO Pac at this point as well until I see Pac get in the ring and being willing to exchange fire again with a puncher. He SURELY didn't with Rios and I think he's trying to fight cautious now

I never said Maidana beats a prime Pac. He doesnt. Pacquiao is a certified ATG. Pac 2014 gets beat on though

Maidana wouldn't allow him to fight Cautious. Pac doesnt have 1 punch KO power at 147. And He'd be coming into the ring with a huge weight advantage. Maidana is all wrong for Pac
I think Pacquiao is still shaken up from that KO from JMM he took while walking in and he's scared of taking punishment to give punishment anymore.
