And in a lawless/fallen society who do you think the remnants of police, army (especially private ones) are going to side with? Or in a different scenario the rich are just going to move out of the country and take the jobs with them. Simply said there is no possible scenario of the country collapsing that is good for the poor people/or even just equally bad for the rich.
