"Studying". Biden has already said he's not approving reparations unless Native Americans are included. If reparations is passed it will never be just for Black Americans with ancestry in this country. There will be other groups included on it.

-Biden’s “catch and release” border policies have lead to a record and unprecedented number of illegal border crossings, strain on our major metro areas (NYC, Chicago, etc.) and border communities (San Diego, El Paso, The Rio Grande Valley etc.), and to homeless migrants sleeping on the streets and filling our homeless shelters. In addition, when they end Title 42 in a few days, all hell might break loose.

Not to mention people trickling in and out of the northern border now. That’s also unprecedented and never happened until he took office.
