Why are people annoyed that HHH was always in the mainevent during 03-05?

He was the only living legend who was in the mainevent scene during the superior Attitide Era at that time. So ofcourse he will be at the top during an inferior era of wrestling.

I remember back during one of my (many) "I'm done with this wrestling bullshyt" phases, I got bored and was off work, I was like lemmee see what WWE about nowadays...

turned it on, it was Triple H beating the tag champs in a handicap match. Found out later it was like Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch, but seeing that made me not watch wrestling again until (magically) the night of CM Punk's pipebomb.

HHH from 97-02 was legit. He made friends with the right people and was able to sleep his way to the top. Smart man. But you’re right. From 03-07 he was . Too many title reigns, long promos/segments and wouldn’t hesitate to bury talent.
