@Complexion what if a person doesn't eat any of that on a regular basis?

If you've got someone that doesn't eat gluten, dairy, sugar and caffeine mainly (and doesn't go crazy online either) you've got pretty much a baseline human in their natural state of balance. Especially if they're not smoking or drinking or doing any of the other factors to excess.

Once you've tried that and experienced what it means to be neutral you can comprehend real quick the gist of this thread because a lot of popular foodstuffs actually work off the opiate system and this is why I think unconscious self medication is rife to keep people within the limits and not flip their lid. Its not as dramatic as a true bipolar episode but the mechanism is the same hence differing swing of the pendulum.

Just as the net is a covert way to both build and hide anxiety but thats another topic.

lol people going hard on op, a lot may not have bipolar but theres definitely more mentally ill people undiagnosed. Whether it's slight autism, adhd, PTSD from growing up in the hood, narcissistic personality disorder or OCD.
