Took a friend/coworker to lunch today. Beautiful Black woman, I'm just sorry I didn't feel the same several years ago when I first met her. She's got two kids now by her BF from HS. They broke up for whatever reason, and he's active in the kids' lives, responsible dude. The ready made family thing has me hesitant though. Gotta admit though, when she and I are together, its a good feeling brehs. Natural. We're friends, confidants, and I'm ok with just that. I've had the same dynamic with white chicks, but it's not the same as with one of your own. When the greeter sat us, she sat with her back against the window, and the way the sun glistened against her skin through the blinds was heavenly brehs. Crazy thing is I think she's completely oblivious to my awe of her. That can only happen with a cocoa brown woman. I had to close the blinds eventually, cuz the sunshine made it too difficult to converse comfortably. I enjoyed her company, didn't want it to end. Curly hair, shaved sides, petite, stylish, gym rat, marathon runner, industrious, etc.. Two kids though.......might have to go against my father's wisdom.

Actually the highest rated show for black women is Empire. The only interracial couples on that show feature black men and white partners.Why assume? Where is the proof? I definately dont see it online or off. Yeah we have the high marriage rate but where are the bw praising bm like u see bm praising bw?
