nikkas dont take bloods and crips seriously in the bay (that mozzy blood shyt ain't a factor) I cant imagine nikkas that live completely across the country embracing that shyt. Where is the pride in that?

The last generation of ny nikkas looked at it as Bloods/Crips with a NY twist:yeshrug:

Dont quote me on this, but i think there is some godbody stuff mixed in the NY Blood "books"..

I def agree with what you saying...

But these younger nikkas got their own independent shyt going on that will eventually put a major dent in the B's/C's

Like how the fukk are you walking around your borough saying "wassup blood" with a NY accent? :mjlol:
#wellactually, calling a man blood like as in "brother" or "family" has been slang since the 60s and 70s at least. "Cuz" too, which obviously comes from "cousin"...

That's just generic black slang that the gangs started using after the fact

Yeah on the west coast. I was talking about the slang in the context of gangbanging
Not just on the west tho. All over the country.

I get your point. Just saying they have been saying blood and cuz in New York and everywhere else since forever but it turned into gang talk in the 90s. Like in DC we say cuz all the time, but we have zero crip sets

I think west coast bloods like Game and Wack100 dont diss NY bloods because at the end of the day those NY bloods are free resources but I dont think they feel like NY bloods are truly authentic. When game was filming the meek diss in NY, the vibe seemed more of a "we run your coast too" rather than a showing love to the east type of thing.
