i think it was the black assistant coach (SPIVEy) that appears out of nowhere at the beginning of season 5, they showed him on the sidelines at Panthers Stadium, I guess they gave him the job because they though he could control Vince, once Vince graduates they gonna throw his ass in the bushes and then maybe that fat Offensive coodinator from way back will finally get his shot to coach the Dillion Panthers
