I see the jets winning 13 or 14 games this upcoming nfl season

Don't know who their RB is, but if they get Dalvin Cook. I got them losing to the Niners in the Super Bowl. :pachaha:

The track record for the modern HOF QB making a late career switch was excellent. Favre, Manning, and Brady all cracked double digit wins and hosted playoff games in their inaugural season with a new team, even a lesser-tier player like Stafford did the same. That scenario didn't produce a flop until Russ last year (with a head coach who's the OC for the Jets now :francis: )

If Rodgers body can hold up there should be enough left in the tank to deliver with his BFF calling plays and Saleh running the defense. The weird vibes in Buffalo feel like the division could be easier than expected too, Allen & Diggs still having tension and hard feelings 6 months after that playoff loss is the type of nonsense that derails a season.

Favre's stint with jets wasn't a major success. He played well until he got hurt and then the wheels fell off. No playoffs.

I refuse to be anything more than cautiously optimistic with this team. Hope I'm wrong this year.

I was thinking of his 1st year with Minnesota, completely blanked on that pit-stop with the Jets :mjlol:

Like you mentioned though, they started 8-3 and were on track before Favre tore his bicep. Something similar would be my main concern with an old Rodgers, the thumb & foot injuries were a big part of him looking his age last season.

This a real Jet fan right here. Lol

Eh. I give the Jets 10 winning games max

Only gonna be a matter of time before Rodgers starts throwing people under the bus if he starts underachieving.

Rodgers being on this team makes our already good defense even better, and that's the most important thing this season.

He can actually sustain drives and keep them off the field and given time to rest. Zach's putrid ass ended up making them work 10x harder and lowered their efficiency.

I got us winning 11 games minimum.
