1st Round Playoff Exits
Watched this game tonite...

Ethan Thompson from Bishop Montgomery was the best player on the court, headed to Oregon State.

Lavar gonna have to swallow his pride about Gelo Ball cuz he has NO future beyond a bench role for UCLA.... Melo Ball is very overrated and got D's up tonight
Ethan was beasting out there....

The family says that the youngest kid has the most talent of all of them and now he's 6'3 as a point. I think the middle one (LiAngelo) is going to end up Cooper Manning, to his two talented brothers. Although LiAngelo can shoot, so at 6'7, wouldn't shock me to see him carve out a career as a beige 3&D player.

You need to play defense to be a 3 and D player. :lolbron:

As pointed out before Lamelo can't play a lick of D
Liangelo looks fat, out of sync and can only shoot over people shorter than him. But his still pretty decent.
BM clearly had the crowd on their side, which I think fukked with the huskies.

@ikbm

A little Off topic but I just saw the open division bracket again. :dahell: is Sheldon (South Sac/Elk Grove) playing Woodcreek (Roseville NE of Sac ) in Santa Clara (two hours away) for the North Championship?

Expect Archbishop Mitty of San Jose in the final CIF brehs:comeon:

Lamelo is a year young for his class. Thats rare. I think he has the potential of being special just on the premise of the youngest brother sports phenomenon. If he gets has tall as his brothers hes gonna be a problem because he is better at the same age than lonzo

The hottest sports ticket in LA last night was Chino Hills vs. Bishop Montgomery at Cerritos College, so me and my boys decided to check it out. Chino Hills is ranked #1 in the nation and Bishop Montgomery is #2 in California behind them., both were 21-0 coming into the game. Gym was packed and they was charging $50 for a courtside seat to a damn HS game. Some of the old heads there was telling us it was the biggest high school game in California since LeBron played at Pauley Pavilion in 2003. :wow:

Chino Hills has the Ball brothers - senior Lonzo is #5 player in the nation and going to UCLA, junior Li Angelo and freshman La Melo (who committed at age 13) have all committed to UCLA as well. Bishop Montgomery has basically no seniors, all talented underclassman like wing players 6-6/6-5 juniors Ethan Thompson and Jordan Schakel, and sophomore wing David Singleton.

Bishop Montgomery actually lead almost the whole game and really choked it away late, they should have won that game, and to keep it a stack, Lonzo Ball got the clamps put on him by Ethan Thompson. He shot 2 for 21 but did have a triple double. Was not impressed. That youngster La Melo is gonna be a real problem though, he's amazing for a 14 year old PG. Even though they got the L I thought Bishop Montgomery's David Singleton (#21 in the video) and Thompson (#5 in the video) was actually the two best players on the floor.

Main reason I'm posting is to put ya'll onto these young brothers who are gonna be household names soon - between the 3 Ball brothers, thre guys on Bishop Montgomery and a few other youngsters on both teams, I think there's no less than six 5-star prospects that we'll see in college ball in the next couple of years in that game last night.

Crazy how Lavar ended up being the Ball of the prophecy :wow:

Lonzo is the real deal. These other two are not. Products of basket hanging.
These boys are pretty good, i expect to accomplish a lot more than the Harrison twins at least
No way, neither one is making the NBA. I doubt they even make an impact at ucla. Lonzo is the only one worth the hype.
This stupid ass muh'fukka said LaMelo wouldn't even make the league. This stupid ass muh'fukka said the Harrison twins would accomplish more.
