North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
A lot of great young talent, but no good coaching. Teams are basically grasping for straws when it comes to picking a head coach. And no NBA veterans are willing to step up and coach.

There's only a handful of good young NBA coaches. You have solid coaches who were pushed out of the league, great coaches who retired and didn't have any protege's and a bunch of no names or washed up retreads.

And you have former NBA players who would rather do podcasts/TV shows shytting on players every chance they get. I can't respect it. THEY PLAYED in the NBA and are apart of his history. It's as if they want the league to suffer just so they can feel good about their era. Poor coaching means talented players rot away on bad franchises wasting years and not learning how to win. Does anyone know who Lamelo Balls's coach is? To me JJ Reddikk and Udoka, Bickerstaff, Daigneault and Mazzulla are killing it right now. But that's 5 good young coaches out of how many teams :snoop:

I also love young coaches, it's time for all the geezers to go! Shaq and Chuck are lucky they're funny. It's really one of the few redeemable quality's about them.

They act as gate keepers. Sadly the female analysts are more informative than the former NBA players. How did we go from Tim Legler to Kendrick Perkins :mindblown:
And current players see that shyt.

Analysis and just basketball talk Chuck is much better during March Madness than NBA season
Chuck literally was on March Madness embarrassing himself cause he didn’t watch the games

Chuck doesn’t watch basketball games. This is well known. The running joke is him falling asleep

Hell no, that's the exact opposite. There are so many great potential coaches who want to be a head coach, but do not get the opportunities

You have to blame the GMs. The open secret of the NBA is that GMs are easily the worst they've ever been
You have a dude like Sam Cassell (who I would hate to see go from the Celtics) who has been begging to be a head coach for damn near a decade, but does not get a shot. Adrian Griffin was another talented coach that got let go. Kenny Atkinson randomly got fired from the Nets because of the players/GM decided to let him go. Now we see his talent on the Cavaliers

You mention Ime Udoka, but he was trying for over 5-10 years to get hired as a Head coach, until a team gave him a chance

Touché. But it's not the GM's it's the owners.
