i was hearing him all the time when i would ride thru memphis and they had this banging azz radio station that use to bump alot of his shyt on thier mixshows ........

then i became a full fledged fan in 06 when he dropped that "that's whats up" track as intro to his mixtape/album at the time back to da basics




next thing i know every gottdamn hole in the wall club and every car system from south carolina to tennesee was booming dat shyt

so where does jordan tower get this revised music history from?!?!?

mane...i was in ATL when the Spend It record got its buzz via the strip club deejays at onyx..blue flame and strokers

matter of fact you couldn't go into Pinups where i use to frequent out in decatur without the deejay playing that song 3 or 4 times

he didn't create 2 CHAINZ buzz ....the song was bubbling long before they shot the visuals

most fans of these artists like 2chainz..future and gotti don't discover them via VIDEOS.....

like a patna of mine was saying and he's one of the biggest 2chainz fans going back to this titty boi days.."i ain't even know he had a video for spend it...i just fukked with it cause i heard it bumping in the streets"

I was aware of Yo gotti but didnt really listen to his music until I saw the touchdown video im not here to defend JT but the videos are part of what makes an artist new markets, Im in montreal they are not playing mixtapes cuts in the clubs up here until it becomes a hit. He help make them bigger but thats it

Tbh. Jordan towers films did put rappers on like Gucci. Not literally but added visuals. You can't knock dude for doing that when a lot of people really weren't dealing too much with southern rappers.
