You don't seem to understand that doesn't mean anything. Cam'ron has a Breakfeast Club interview where he specifically talks about how the whole Hip Hop fashion stuff
works. Cacs control all the manufacturers and textile factories so you have to go through them to put out a quality product and at most they only giving you 10% of the profit. That's Rocawear level quality of clothing, so imagine what it would take to get cashmere ski mask and egyptian cotton t-shirt mass produced :patrice:
no, someone like CAMRON has to go through them. someone like jay-z can build his own manufacturing plant if he really wanted to.

lol Jay Z doesn't own or have access to any sweatshops and the finest fabric and textile factories.

If he doesn't go through Barneys and tries to do it on his own, he gets that Rocawear quality level of clothing :scusthov:
Why cant Jay Z buy his own factory? Why cant Jay Z buy his own fabrics? Why cant he open his own damn store? He can, but he wont. Just like Michael Jordan wont ever open his own shyt either. It's because Jay Z and every other corporate c00n knows their success is not predicated on being businessmen, it is predicated on being spokesmen. None of them are willing to make the step from corporate product to corporation because it's easier to just be the face of things. Plus, the same corporations that made you successful will try to destroy you if you ever try to do it on your own. Ask Oprah bout that OWN network:mjpls:

LOL the moment Jay Z opened up a sweatshop in Asia, the Cacs would be ready to tear him down :comeon:

You can't simply buy a manufacturing shop. Where is the labor coming from at a cheap price? This aint in a vacuum. This is all media and politics.

Don't get me wrong, he still a sell-out :pacspit:

:ohhh:Why doesnt he open one in Africa? It's not like you'd have to pay more to the workers, and you'd save money on shipping.

You sound like a child. I already told you that it's a Cac country club and the moment he tried to get in that game, he'd be smeared on every media outlet for having sweatshops.

Maybe Hov can go do that, so hopefully the next one wont have to do that. Seriously, we need to stop making excuses about white supremacy. Yes it exists, but no, it is no longer a valid excuse. If we create the culture, we should also be owners in the industries we create. We'll never get past being well-paid spokesman if we dont use the money to become owners.

All Jay wants is the money, bruh.

Investing that much into the infrastructure and political dealings that go with it would be far too risky for someone like Jay.

This shyt could flop harder than a muhfukkah and Jay could shrug it off cuz he's already some money he'd be on to the next.

How does Jay Z owning a sweatshop help us as a Black community? I agree that we should own but in this case it isn't applicable.

He's my favorite rapper but I wouldn't buy any of that, even if I was a billionaire.

:what:Seriously?

How could a black man owning a black owned business selling products to the black community benefit black people by circulating money within the black community as opposed to being siphoned out?

:what:Nah, for real. Seriously???

I have absolutely no problem with those.

That ad, however, is pure ugliness.
