I noticed in 2024 Ghostface got away with saying the F word with no backlash. I thought the F word had these rappers shook.

Not really about what you say it's about the coverage. Dababy had media outlets shoving what he said in people's faces around the clock.

Bloggers and Youtubers get things popping in this era to make stories go viral. None of them jumped on it.

But this poster claims Fantano said something

pretty sure I saw a vid of Fantano complaining about it :mjlol:

I need to see that video. If it exists and in what context he was complaining.

:patrice:

The ab soul song was 2106...2 years before the Meek Mill / Ross song "What's Free" way before the cancel culture we are currently in.

The Kendrick song was used in context that's not offensive at all. No one is going to listen to that song and compare it to how Ghost said what he said in the song "Scar Tissue."

Rappers haven't been saying it for FIFTEEN to TWENTY YEARS?? Wow you must really have not been listening to street / ignant shyt. I'd say it was going strong up until 2015. So maybe it has been an "outlawed" word for 9 years.

I don't see the issue... only if you're a gay should it really bother you. And I hate when it gets compared to a racial slur... NOT the same thing at all.
