Republicans can't convince black people to vote for them because the racist whites would feel betrayed if they changed how they campaigned. So the only solution is to disenfranchise black voters. You do it by making them feel like their vote doesn't matter, or voting in general doesn't matter. You do it by sending them misinformation, like telling them they'll get picked up on warrants or unpaid tickets if they vote, or that they already voted, or that voting is happening a day later. They'll try all sorts of weird shyt as long as it can help shrink the gap between candidates.

Just wanted to address this disingenuous bullshït real quick.

According to Pew research, White voters make up 75% of the electorate, while Black voters make up ~9%.

Meaning that if 100 million votes are cast, 75 million of them are likely White people, and they're pretty evenly spit between Dems and Rethugs.

If we know the margins are always close and as little as 20,000 votes can swing an election, then Black turnout ALWAYS makes a difference.
