Came back from NYC...was weighing 163.
Now, from staying at home, I'm at 202. SMH.
I just joined a gym and I'm trying to do 4 hours a day for 4 days a week...
Cardio? I think so...
Any diet tips tho...
find a coli-seum, stadium or arena and run the stairs or work the stairmaster in your gym until you're sweating in and on the machine. take a towel with you. many elite athletes incorporate stair training into their regimen.
you'll be a lean and mean killa when u return to those BK streets.
