The best thing to do, is start now.I’m a keep it 100 with y’all cus I kno this the gym forums and y’all are all about fitness in here…losing weight is the HARDEST thing in the world I have ever attempted to do..forcing yourself to eat less and actually exercising on the whole is super hard when u don’t have a friend that u can workout with and keep u motivated…I was trying on different occasions for years to try and start the gym but I never made it past the initial workouts…I kno I sound like a bytch but I’ve tried and loss motivation or tried eating less/fasting and gave up..real talk anybody have any inspirational videos I can watch to help me? Diabetes runs in my family my father just got one of his toes amputated last month…I don’t wanna die young man I have to conquer this shyt
Man honestly I would invest a stationary bike. You can get one off Amazon for under 300. Use it while you watching tv or any down time. At first it'll same tough but over time you'll stronger and build up a greater tolerance for endurance. As it stands now, I use my bike 2-3 times a day for about 45+ minutes. I can burn any from 250-400 calories in a session.
