I have great genetics. I have a greater work ethic.

I’m not for clowning anyone. Unless you don’t have a thyroid or something though you likely look the way you do because of bad diet and poor fitness plan. Excuses/reasons aren’t it.

Who says this doesn't happen? I have sympathy for people who make an effort to lose weight but I don't have any for someone who doesn't. Also lets not try to act like society has made it perfectly acceptable to be overweight and tries to shame you for not agreeing with that

Same type of excuses fat folks make. Unless you were born morbidly obese, being fat is on you.


On here, I really only clown the fat fukks that talk about fitness. I clown the scrawny and weak fukks for the same shyt.


Irl I don't really do that. They're fat, that's not a win so there's nothing to else to say about it.

The few fat folks that I've tried to help get right usually got aggy so I said fukk it and let them hold their own nuts/ovaries.

Nope nope even thyroid is an excuse,I got thyroid issues and I’m in top shape,honestly if you fat or overweight you just lazy that’s all their is to it

Because I've always been in shape, then when I hit 30, recently I noticed foo doesn't disappear as easily as it used to....


So you know what I did, instead of continuing to gain weight?


I did something about it....

I fixed my diet and now exercise a lot more regularly, when in the past I was more casual.

a gym suppose to be opening in my area soon and I’m waiting on that to happen I wanna get into body building as well but more to keep fit and healthy wise

I’m a keep it 100 with y’all cus I kno this the gym forums and y’all are all about fitness in here…losing weight is the HARDEST thing in the world I have ever attempted to do..forcing yourself to eat less and actually exercising on the whole is super hard when u don’t have a friend that u can workout with and keep u motivated…I was trying on different occasions for years to try and start the gym but I never made it past the initial workouts…I kno I sound like a bytch but I’ve tried and loss motivation or tried eating less/fasting and gave up..real talk anybody have any inspirational videos I can watch to help me? Diabetes runs in my family my father just got one of his toes amputated last month…I don’t wanna die young man I have to conquer this shyt

Write your goals down breh. If you wanna lose 100 lbs make that your overall goal and then break it down into small chunks.

So you big goal is 100 lbs but your 1st goal could be to lose 10lbs.

Then make a plan for how you wanna lose that 10 lbs and hold yourself accountable
