so how much calories and protein should i be eating.

shoild i google a meal plan?

what you should do is google the calories of food you currently eat

then make adjustments

it boggles my mind thinking how people assume the food they eat is inherently bad when its usually a problem with moderation as opposed to dropping food completely. I used to be like that and would eat subway with no cheese/mayo etc because i thought i was making some impressive dietary change. Completely ridiculous

I like being fit phyically with strong physical conditioning so i can dress like im ignorant and not have a care about the average citizen stepping to me with drama. I know because of my grappling/striking training the average human being is slow compared to me and only has a punchers chance of stopping me physically. I know that anyone who steps to me cannot fight because fighters typically dont pick fights for petty reasons. I dont attract attention from killers so really im in a world of power all to myself. Deadlifted 315 last friday and felt like people didnt want no problems. Thinking about being weak like some of you really keeps me motivated. 100 burpees in the middle of the afternoon because i can. Damn.

I speak truth. For example last week i walk into some asian gang tea business with my chinese girlfriend. Obviously, Asian men were not happy and took it upon themselves to face fight me for walking amongst them. To be 100 with you here, adrenaline did not surge through my body one time. I felt no need to charge myself with the power and rage of my ancestors in preparation for battle because i knew i really had nothing to fear from these guys. I purposely sat right next to them, pointing my chair and posture in their direction while explaining the plot of Prometheus to my girlfriend and no one felt froggy. This keeps me motivated to stay fit, lift heavy weights and train grappling/stirking, regularly. I know if i swing my fist in someones face and it connects they gonna wake up saying love you long time? Being brolic is a deterrant.

probably what? can you lift or not? you're not gonna put on an appreciable amount of "good weight" w/o lifting weights since you're done w/ puberty...

you should figure out how many calories you need based on your weight and activity levels. i don't get the impression that you wanna get more lean and smaller, but rather be more physically imposing or respected, so you're gonna need to start doing some type of lifting. or you could just go take up some fighting sport and get in shape that way...

I have to check if I'm able to exert myself, when I had my ulcer an hiatial hernia I was also getting palpitations

But that was years ago I'm probably good now

I'd like to be like 170 (15lbs heavier


So far today
Had a bagel and cream cheese with almond milk for breakfast
2 bananas, nutri grain bar and a few rice cakes for snacks
Lunch beef and rice

I guess that's not enough calories so far,

find another hobby, most people tend to over eat(more calories) when they are bored

I was where you were breh a few years ago. I was frail and started out at the crib with a pull up bar, stability ball, and a few dumbells. That's cool for just basic fitness. But for REAL gains, you need to him the gym and move heavy weight in a progressive fashion week after week. Deadlifts, Squats, Brench, Overhead Press should be the cornerstone lifts with Dips and Chins being assistance. I'm not a brolic dude - that takes time and dedication - but I'm not frail anymore and am impressed by the results of my training since I began. Its a journey

But at your weight fam you gotta EAT! haha I'm lactose too. Just drink almond or coconut milk. Dont be afraid of a lil junk food as well. Check out fitday.com That's what I used. Start off at 2000cals a day I'd say monitor your cals, in two weeks if the scale hasnt moved, boost it up to 250-500 more cals. Monitor yourself in the mirror too, if you're belly is growing, cut them cals back homie.

Eat, train, slay broads, sleep.

search some garage sales/craigslist

you can maybe get a whole power rack/barbell + 200+ lbs of weight for 500 easily :whoo:
