Damn I wonder if this is why I am hitting a weight loss plateau. I can't move down past 180ish for anything right now. I've been doing the deficit since March and extra hardcore for right at six weeks.

Thoughts brehs?

how long have you been at 180? pics? maintenance? stats?

I can't quite remember at this point but I would say at least since the third week of June. Right before the 10K I was eating a little heavier just to make sure I wasn't running on empty for the race. Started back with morning bootcamps at 186ish and dropped right back down to 180 in like 5 days and flattened out since with no real movement.

No posting pics

Maintenance was 2500 and some change some I was working for 1700ish daily

Trust me I'm all in. I was saying in the other thread that the camps have taken me as far as possible. I'm excited to join a gym and get going with 5 x 5. I'm going to create my spreadsheet and notes for it this week.
