Ok so I have been working out lost 12 lbs. But it seems I have hit that wall. I go and now I dont have as much energy as I once did. I am no longer eating fast food.

Long story short, your body adapts to the lowered caloric intake of the diet, but does so by doing a lot of things including killing your sense of energy. So every 6-8 weeks, take 2 weeks to just eat at maintenance and fully get off the diet, and then get back to it. That will allow your body to get fooled into thinking things are back to normal, and reset your hormones and metabolism.
Your body is prob fully adapted... def take like 2 to damn near 4 weeks off... obv keep track of weight, don't go crazy. But you can + should eat. Then start up againDamn I wonder if this is why I am hitting a weight loss plateau. I can't move down past 180ish for anything right now. I've been doing the deficit since March and extra hardcore for right at six weeks.
