If your a westerner, Iran having nukes and making it an equal to Israel, an ally to the US & in terms of power that doesn't work in our interests.
I'm pretty sure they are not going to nuke anyone, but nobody smart is gonna let a country like Iran build a nuke.

There are no reasons why they shouldn't have it in a moral sense I think. Well, depends on your moral theory I guess.
But, from a strategic standpoint, there are 1 billion reasons why the West shouldn't allow Iran to have nukes. Once Iran has a nuclear weapon capability. All this war-mongering talk and attempts to secure their oil fields will fly right out the window.
If you think about it from either a power, economic or military standpoint, we should prevent anyone from leveling the playing field with a nuclear capability.

the US is far from the only ones telling them they can't have nukes. and no, it's not just the US and Israel either
this is a situation that could have to most dire consequences, and i would prefer to err on the side of caution

Iran is surrounded by Iraq (Under U.S. Control), Afganistan (Under U.S. Control) and Israel is right there. Is anyone shocked they might be a litter paranoid and want to have Nukes? It's clear Israel wants a war with Iran. I never understood the logic that the U.S. can have all the nukes they want but we telling other people they can't have it. Iran ain't Nukin nobody, they just trying to flex they muscles but Israel is really ready to go to a new war that the U.S. doesn't need right now.

Look at the situation they are in, they have every right to defend themselves and the nukes could be the deterrent they need to stop from becoming yet another occupied nation.
They are being bullied, it's plain as day.
