Coaches don't have anything to do in the locker room like that. When I played coaches might be in and out of the locker room if they had something to say to a particular player or felt like there was something urgent to say to the team, but it's not like they have their own locker and they didn't hang out in there like that. Most of the time the coaches spoke to the team it was in a meeting room, the hallway, the field, or sometimes with everyone gathered near the locker room entrance.

My guess is that outside of when the team gathers up in there for a pep talk, she doesn't even go in there at all. And if one of our male assistants never stepped in the locker room I doubt any of us would have even noticed.
