Basically I was on my final at work (my third strike) at work from safety. And basically I got my finger messed up from a mechine I usually use and it went crazy on its own and i tried to get away and my pinky got caught and boom here I am.

Man you need to re-evaluate your safety habits. To be on 3 strikes for safety violations sounds like you do risky stuff that's just unreasonable.
