How is this even possible if you didn't go to the gym? No way you can lose over a pound per day just solely on calorie restriction at that weight (you look to be about 270-300 in that first picture). Matter of fact, I don't even believe it even if you spent an 3 hours at the gym everyday.

Something is fishy here. Either you are an anorexic, bulimic, or you are trolling. Which is it? Because if you have an eating disorder that is a serious problem and you need to seek the help of a health professional, not a bunch of fitness fanatics on The Coli.

under a sever deficit

its certainly possible, not probable...but possible

consider muscle losses as well as fat losses.

@RawlDough stronglifts would be your best bet in my opinion. 3 months is the ideal time. In that time frame youll develop the needed strength to take on a formal routine. In that time frame youll also develop an initial build and frame.

Once ur strength is up, hit a good volume routine and swole up abit. Youll look like a different person. However its important to understand "why" you lift a certain way so you can accurately assess what you need. Strength is necessary for hypertrophy(volume) routines to shine. Without base strength your volume routines will stall early and you wont get the size youre looking for...and before you say i dont wanna get "big" realize right now, that building muscle is extremely difficult and takes years of work given the fact youre getting started so late. the people that get swole so early did so because of higher testosterone in high school 9/10...or just freakish genetics

Read the Stronglifts site thoroughly. It has a routine you can download as an Excel spreadsheet and a free app.
