breh this show makes me wanna leave everything behind and start cooking meth
I have AMC channel on my TV, but I really dont want to catch any season 5 episode unless it's in order.
I wish they ran a marathon or something.
AMC always runs a marathon starting with season 1, ep 1 leading up to the new season premiere. The final 8 eps start August 11th so you could probably start watching late July/early August to catch the first 8 eps of season 5.
What do you mean "in order" though?
Fred.
I saying tho
yo @hexagram23 should I just wait until august with this season, cause I couldn't handle a break in the middle of a season at the moment, I just can't.
Swear to god I just had a dream about this show I'm in too deep
I mean like I wouldnt wanna catch some random episode from season 5 and not catch the prevvious eps.
Also, if this is resolved in season 5, don't tell me, but...
so did Gus order to kill that first kid that shot Jesse's drug dealer friend...or was Walt behind that too ?
If you're strong enough to wait until August and run the whole 16, do it. It's only like 2 months away.
I'll give you a little scene from season 5 though. No spoilers. The scene is only 16 seconds long, but it sums up season 5 perfectly. Or if you don't want to know anything, that's fine too.

"Jesse you asked me if I was in the meth business or the money business. Neither. I'm in the empire business".
Fred.
I don't know breh, I might have to start watching as soon as I finish this essay.
I got a four loko and smirnoff ice on deck just waiting
But I need to keep myself occupied while I wait for the new episodes.
What other shows can compare the quality of Breaking Bad?
IMO the only shows I fukk with and can put in the same category would be The Wire
Game of thrones
Sopranos
Oz
and Spartacus (Just of the strenght of the last season )
I've heard good things about Sons of anarchy and Walking Dead tho,
but they seem kinda lame

"Breaking Bad" has all kinds of shyt in it that most people don't notice.
You know how certain eps in season 2 start with that weird, black and white footage which ends up being an airplane crash? If you take the names of those eps it spells out exactly how the season ends:
1. "737" (the type of airplane it was, also the amount $737,000 that Walt needs before he dies)
2. "Grilled"
3. "Bit by a Dead Bee"
4. "Down"
5. "Breakage"
6. "Peekaboo"
7. "Negro y Azul"
8. "Better Call Saul"
9. "4 Days Out"
10. "Over"
11. "Mandala"
12. "Phoenix"
13. "ABQ"
Also the pink teddy bear is a reoccurring symbol for death. It fell from the plane crash that killed 167 people. It appears in Jane's room, who obviously died:
Also another obvious example:
There's a shout out to the Stephen King movie "The Shining" in season 3, episode 6. The police officer says "KDK-12 to dispatch", calling for back up just before the Cousin kills him with an axe. When Wendy is calling for help in the movie, KDK-12 is the call letters for the Overlook Hotel. Why is she calling for help?
The show is full of stuff like this.
Fred.
Breh how do you know this stuff, you are the goat poster, give a fukk what anybody say.
Just off the strenght of you puttin me on the keep watching this show ima watch what you recommended.
nothing touches Breaking Bad...nothing
Some of it I figured out myself. Some other stuff would get posted in the "Breaking Bad" threads here or back on SOHH. "Breaking Bad" threads do numbers when a new season starts. The season 5 thread had 7,000 replies, 227,000 views and 5000 Daps, one of the biggest threads on the entire site. Lots of intelligent cats in there building on the show, pointing shyt out, breaking down scenes, imagery, etc.
