No one is obligated to care about how you feel about your own family. People are going to pursue their own interests even if said interests do not align with yours.

I don't care what interests they are pursuing if I have no way to change it towards my interests. You go run up on them, Black, Asian, White, etc men and ask them yourself.

Also, I should be scared about the police having immunity under Trump, something they already have under every president no matter the political party in power? You do know the Supreme Court already protected qualified immunity for the Police, right? Also, if Biden and Harris cared about this issue, they could have worked to fix it while they were already in power. Oh wait, they dropped it like a hot potato once they got into office.

Also, this is not about wanting a large turnout. Obama’s remarks were in the same spirit as biden’s “you ain’t black” and kamala’s “noooo, I’m not going to do any thing specifically for black people” Or magic “HIV” Johnson’s recent “we need to help black men to see that”

Democrats only see the black vote, not black people. They get angry at the very idea that they have to earn our vote.
