I enjoyed it a lot.

Scar's actor did a great job and exceeded expectations.
Beyonce's acting and singing was marvellous.

Beyonce's voice acting was Resident Evil 1 for the PSX horrible, breh.

You can excuse Timon and Pumba not singing as much as they did in the first one. You can excuse that weird Hyena they had with no Whoopi Goldberg. You can even try and excuse no Jeremy Irons as Scar and no 'Be Prepared'.....but her lines were butchered and her emotion missing for damn near EVERY line of that movie to the point where it's not only noticeable, but fukking Glaring.

Her shyt was bad. It won't hurt sales or folk defending the movie compared to the original, but her shyt was BAD and y'all need to accept/acknowledge that. She made Childish's monotone "My father died? Hmph..." portrayal seem less jarring as the movie went on.​

Yeah

I did get a who run the world girls vibe from that line but tbh she didn’t say much as an adult lion If anything Donald Glover was worse damn near cringy for one line when he touched her face trying to be romantic- but it doesn’t sink the movie
