Why not just buy a car?
Why not just buy a car?
Come to Tennessee if you wanna be cheap. Rent is $400/mo for 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, nice kitchen and a nice living room. Just don't go to Memphis, breh. If anywhere go to Nashville.
I only skimmed the thread:
-Where are you going to live now that you've sold your house?
-How much money do you make each year? you mentioned 100k in your savings
-Why not rent out the house instead of selling it?

His car is nearly 10 years old though (based on what he said last time).Goddamnit brehs we've been over this. Interest rates are ridiculously low. There's no point in buying a car cash right now.
Question number 3 is why I'm ahead of most in this money game. Profit from renting isn't as great as most think, it's a headache (maintenance, bad tenants)
just not worth it to me.
