We got there at 6 am and we're put in a large waiting room for 4 hours without food and drinks and nobody in the crew said anything about when we would go on set and so on. When lunch came they ran out of it pretty quickly and something like 30 people hadn't eaten anything since dinner the night before and had too wait an extra hour. The crew left scripts all over the set and didn't seem to care if the extras took them. I'd say maybe 5 hours of those 14 I was on set and the rest of the time I was sitting in a large room with people I didn't know, mostly people over 40 years old.

But on set it was really cool to seem them direct.

I've heard stories about how extras are pretty much treated like furniture, so that sounds about right lol
